FORT WAYNE, Ind.--Mar. 26--Seyfert Foods Inc. will change hands next month, a sale expected to increase employment and production at the Fort Wayne snacks plant.
Heath Capital Investment, which has owned Seyfert since 1994, said today it has agreed to sell the unit to Agrilink Foods. Agrilink is owned by Pro-Fac Cooperative of Rochester, N.Y.
Terms of the deal were not released. The sale is expected to close in April.
Seyfert, which employs about 275 at its Paramount Road plant, has excess capacity which Agrilink can use ...
