In one of this year's largest office leasing transactions, publishing giant Bonnier Corporation, has signed a 10-year direct lease for 100,750 s/f of space at Two Park Avenue, the million square foot.

The company--one of the largest consumer-publisher groups in America--will lease the entire 9th and 10th floors of the 29-story tower, which occupies the entire easterly block-front between 32nd and 33rd Streets.

Bonnier has been a subtenant for several years in the building, which is managed by L&L Holding Company, LLC, headed by David W. Levinson and Robert Lapidus.
