FDA made available a draft guidance on implementation of the Reportable Food Registry, entitled "Draft Guidance for Industry: Questions and Answers Regarding the Reportable Food Registry as Established by the Food and Drug Administration Amendments Act of 2007." The draft guidance, together with a CENTER FOR FOOD SAFETY AND APPLIED NUTRITION (CFSAN) Constituent Update describing the draft guidance, is available at http://www.fda.gov/Food/ NewsEvents/ConstituentUpdates/ucm165569.htm.
