KIRKLAND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 1998--A Yakima County Superior Court judge has ruled that Washington Wine and Beverage Co. of Bothell (which bottles wine under the Silver Lake label and has a tasting room in Woodinville) must pay $145,000 to Washington Hills Cellars, which includes legal fees Washington Hills incurred defending itself in a lawsuit filed by Washington Wine.
After a lengthy trial in Yakima, Judge Heather K. Van Nuys found that Washington Wine's allegations were completely without merit, and entered the judgment in Washington Hills Cellars favor.
