FORT WAYNE--Mar. 23--DePuy Inc.'s 970 employees in Warsaw came out as winners in the sale of the company's majority owner.
Corange Ltd. distributed $17.5 million in employee bonuses to DePuy employees, including those at the headquarters and plant in Warsaw.
The company declined to give an average amount for the bonuses, which were handed out in mid-March.
Corange had been 84 percent owner of DePuy, the oldest orthopedic implant manufacturer. The Corange Group, based in Hamilton, Bermuda, was sold to the Swiss-based Roche Group for about $11 billion on ...
