Researchers detail in 'Patients' explanatory models for irritable bowel syndrome: symptoms and treatment more important than explaining aetiology,' new data in irritable bowel syndrome. "Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common condition associated with no certain organic cause, though diet and stress are widely implicated.
