Govt approves flat rates on coal NRET; tax breaks for Black Sea, Sea of Okhotsk oil
MOSCOW. July 23 (Interfax) - The government has approved the draft law setting flat rates for the natural resource extraction tax (NRET) for coal and introducing a mine labor safety tax deduction, Deputy Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a briefing upon the conclusion of a meeting of the government presidium.
It also approved tax holidays for oil produced at fields in the Black Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk, he said.
