LLC, represented Prudential Insurance Co. in the renewal and lease negotiations for their offices in Widewaters Parkway, DeWitt, and at 600 French Road, New Hartford. The DeWitt office will remain in its 12,500-square-foot space for five years; the company renewed 6,300 square feet for New Hartford. Both lease renewals are effective during the summer.
