For the metalcasting industry educator, the challenge is to convince the metalcaster that ongoing education is an investment, not an expense. We're not talking about the standard workaday instructions necessary to operate your automatic molding line or the 10-hour safety training required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. We're talking about additional instruction that goes beyond what might be immediately measurable on your shop floor.
