Kim Wheeler was tired of outgrown clothes hanging in her teenagers' closets - many with the tags still on them.
Wheeler, the mother of 17-year-old Paige and 18-year-old Price, decided that they could be put to good use. And she imagined plenty of other people had clothes and other items they no longer wore or wanted.
That's when the idea for Ditto Backatcha Boutique came into play. "I had the idea to do a consignment shop and saw a diamond in the rough here," said Wheeler of a shop that sat vacant in the Fairfield Shopping Center for two years.
