SYDNEY, July 27 Asia Pulse - An Australian court hearing to determine penalties for the disgraced former board members of James Hardie will begin today.
Ten former directors and non-executive directors of the building products company in April were found to have breached sections of the Corporations Act during the establishment of an asbestos compensation trust in 2001 and a corporate restructure in 2003.
