JAPAN-DEVELOPED HIGH-TECH ION GENERATOR EMBEDS IN CEILING

TOKYO - Japan's Sekisui House Ltd. (TSE:1928) and Sharp Corp. (TSE:6753) on Friday announced the joint development of a plasmacluster ion generator that can be mounted in the ceiling of a room.

A single generator can cover an approximately 10 sq. meter space, and the companies envision embedding them in the ceilings of individual rooms, such as living rooms and kitchens.
