Malaysia-based M K Land ventures into Indian realty market

Kuala Lumpur, June 25 (PTI) Malaysian developer M K Land Holdings Bhd has ventured into the Indian realty market and plans to construct affordable housing in a joint venture project.

The housing project worth three billion ringgit (about Rs 3,900 crore) in gross development costs, on a 300 acre land in Bangalore will be in a joint venture with Embassy Group of India and MKN Embassy Development Sdn Bhd.

The project will be under Milan Gateway Sdn Bhd where MK Land holds 47.5 per cent, Embassy Group 47.5 per cent and MKN Embasssy 5 per cent.
