"Siyah Kalem Muhendislik ve Insaat San. ve Tic. Limited Sirketi" was the only company bidding for constructing Galatasaray's Seyrantepe sports complex.

In August 2007, the Eren Talu-Alke joint venture submitted the lowest bid and won the tender for construction of the Seyrantepe Sports Complex, which will replace Galatasaray's actual Ali Sami Yen Stadium.
