Alvin George Stahl Alvin George Stahl, 98, of Coconut Creek, Fla., passed away Monday, July 27, 2009, at his home. He was born April 24, 1911, in Prairie View, Ill., the son of the late Charles and Mary (nee Volz) Stahl. Al lived in Libertyville for 35 years. He was married to Bernadette Clement. Al worked for Anchor Coupling in Libertyville for 24 1/5 years and for Bernard Chevrolet for about five years until retirement. Al was always ready to lend a helping hand to friends and family alike and could do anything from carpentry to cement work, to roofing, to plumbing and anything in between.
