newScale, a supplier of IT Service Catalog and Service Portfolio Management solutions, announced that Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH, an IT service provider in Austria, is deploying newScale software for the next generation of their enterprise IT Service Catalog.
arxes Consulting GmbH, a newScale partner and fully owned subsidiary of TDMi AG in Cologne, Germany, will manage the deployment.
Raiffeisen Informatik is the IT service provider for the well-known Raiffeisen banking network in Europe, as well as organizations such as UNIQA insurance, the Asfinag road network, AGRANA food company, KEBA electronics, Orange telecommunications, and others.
