Apr. 8--Two Kentucky pizza-makers are having a veritable food fight to prove which is the Big Cheese. The King of Pepperoni.
Louisville-based Papa John's Pizza went too far with its latest commercial, says Dallas-based Pizza Hut. So Pizza Hut, a division of Louisville's Tricon Global Restaurants Inc., addressed it by taking out a full-page, tersely worded advertisement in Sunday's Louisville Courier-Journal.
