Charter Bank announced the hiring of James C. Garvey as president and chief operating officer. Mr. Garvey brings over twenty-five years of banking industry and management experience to Charter, and will play a key role at the bank as it positions itself for growth among the high net worth and privately owned business customer segments in the Pacific Northwest region.
