ROME, July 30, 2009 (AFP) - New 100m freestyle world-champion Cesar Cielo fought back tears as he accepted his gold medal here in Rome on Thursday and then explained that he had felt the weight of a nation on his shoulders.Celio pipped France's Olympic champion Alain Bernard to victory in a new world record time of 46.91 seconds, the first ever official swim under 47 seconds -- Bernard had swum 46.94 in April but his suit was deemed illegal."Being Brazilian is not easy at this time.
