Dental Network of America L.L.C., Lansing, has acquired DenteMax, Detroit, a dental network leasing subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Detroit. DenteMax provided the dental network to the Blues, which it will continue to provide after the sale. BCBSM will continue to offer dental products and coverage.
