Rowmark LLC, which extrudes thin-gauge and multilayer sheet for awards, engraving and signage applications, on July 17 bought the engravable sheet division of Delmar Products Inc. of Kensington, Conn. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In a July 23 telephone interview, Delmar owner and President John DiMugno said his company gave up the engravable sheet division to focus on its other businesses, which include flooring and point-of-purchase displays. The firm, founded in 1965, is well-known in the music industry for its line of laminated drum wraps and guitar picks.
