To the editor: Dear Arlington Heights Youth Commission,
A few weeks ago my mother pointed out an article in Daily Herald (June 20, Local Focus) that she thought was of interest to me. It was about a boy (Andy Walker) who would like a place for people to have "pellet gun wars." I am a 12-year-old student at Thomas Middle School. I know many people that love Airsoft as much as I do. Even before this article was in the paper my friends and I wanted to have a place where we could have a war but there was no place near. One necessity that I feel is important is to have an area just for gun safety, so kids ...
