How can you be sure when you terminate an Internet service provider (ISP) account that payments via your credit card have ceased as well? This was the question facing Queensland-based Australian PC User reader -- let's call him Dave -- when he found himself in a living nightmare after he'd cancelled his account on August 26 last year.
