PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CDI IT Solutions (CDI), a technology services delivery leader and a division of CDI Corp. , today announced it has been awarded a three-year contract to provide year-round IT service desk support to Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio.
Under the agreement, CDI will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to the university's students, faculty and staff from both its HDI-certified Service Desk Center of Excellence (CoE) and an enhanced self-help website.
