4 August 2009 - S&P Equity Research downgraded on Monday its rating on Swedish security services group Securitas AB (STO: SECU B) to "hold" from "buy" and set the share price target at SEK73.

The rating downgrade is due to the fact that S&P does not see Securitas' more defensive features as valuable in a generally more risk-inclined market.
