Aug 04, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- BHP Billiton chairman Don Argus will be succeeded by former Ford Motor Company president Jacques Nasser in early 2010. Neil Boyd-Clark of Fortis Investment Partners says Nasser's international expertise will be a positive for the mining giant, adding that shareholder value will need to be one of his priorities. Improving BHP's relations with major customer China will also be a priority, as will the proposed iron ore joint venture with Rio Tinto in Western Australia.
