Adventrx Pharmaceuticals Inc., of San Diego, said the staff of the NYSE Amex has accepted the company's compliance plan, through which the company hopes to regain compliance by Dec. 1, 2010.
AlphaRx Inc., of Markham, Ontario, entered a collaboration with Venturepharm Group, of Beijing, to establish a drug development center in China, with the aim of expediting product development for the Chinese market. AlphaRx will locate its Chinese R&D facility in VenturePharm's development complex but will be responsible for all of its own product development costs and will retain intellectual property rights relating to any developed product.
