TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug 5, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Homebuilders Systems ("CHS"), the acquisition of the shares of Integrated Dealer Systems ("IDS") from Brunswick Corporation (NYSE:BC).
"Brunswick's IDS software division is the proven market leader of software to the RV and Marine dealership verticals in North America.
