Over the past few months, we've seen a few new restaurants arrive on the Santa Fe scene, and we've said goodbye to a few as well. I've tried to report the facts about these openings and closings to the best of my ability. And while some folks tell me it would probably make for good column fodder to speculate about who's up next on the chopping block or in the batting cage (whispers abound, as always, in the restaurant world -- and everybody likes a bit of juicy gossip), I see nothing productive about dealing in uncertainties.
