Darryl Chimko, former partner, Chimko Dzialo and Associates P.C., Rochester Hills, has purchased Weik and Associates P.C., a bankruptcy law firm in Royal Oak. The new company is now known as Weik Chimko and Associates.
CONTRACTS
Gale, Farmington Hills, and K12 Inc., Herndon, Va., reached an agreement to develop and distribute a new line of world language-learning products to libraries.
