OTTAWA, ONTARIO, Aug 5, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Calian Technologies Ltd. (TSX:CTY) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable September 2, 2009 to shareholders of record as of August 19, 2009. Dividends paid by the Corporation are considered "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
