MIAMI -- Perry Ellis International (NADAQ:PERY) announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement with SG Footwear Inc. to design, manufacture and distribute men's slippers under the Perry Ellis[R] and Perry Ellis Portfolio[R] brands.
SG Footwear, Inc. is one of the world's largest designers, producers and marketers of athletic, casual and beach footwear as well as soft sole slippers. Its footwear products are sold in all of the leading department stores, mid-tier and specialty retail chain stores.
