BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1998--Horizon(R) Organic Dairy, the nation's leading brand of certified organic dairy products, announced today that it has acquired the Juniper Valley Farms brand of organic milk and other organic products.
The combination of Horizon and Juniper Valley - which is based in Roxbury, New York - creates the largest supplier of organic milk in New York State. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
