A HIGH-ranking BBC boss also works for a firm run by her husband that has pocketed pounds 2million of licence-payers' cash making programmes for the Beeb.
Jana Bennett, the corporation's number three, is company secretary of Richard Clemmow's production groups Juniper Communications and Peer 2 Peer Media.
The revelation will fuel further accusations of hypocrisy at the BBC after it forced newsreader George Alagiah to quit as patron of a charity claiming there was a "conflict of interest".
