OIL PRICES HAVE DOUBLED SINCE INAUGURATION DAY, observers note, topping $70 a barrel in mid-June. That news and other developments in the broader energy markets and global economy have been advantageous for many master limited partnerships, equity analysts say, and bode well for their 2009-2010 prospects.
