MIAMI, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Alaska announced today that it has signed a letter of intent for the purchase of all the outstanding stock of Paradise Island Airlines (airline code: "BK") from PIA Holdings of Boca Raton, Florida. The parties anticipate a swift closing. The purchase price was not disclosed.
