BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 1998--The board of directors of dick clark productions inc. (Nasdaq:DCPI) has declared a 5 percent common stock dividend, which will be distributed on May 15, 1998, to stockholders of record on May 4, 1998.
