FBR Capital Markets Corporation (NASDAQ:FBCM) (FBR Capital Markets), a leading investment bank serving the middle market, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Watch Hill Partners LLC, a boutique corporate finance advisory practice based in New York.
