Neopost USA has acquired Rena Systems, Inc., a leading provider of tabletop inkjet address printers for professional mailers. The acquisition was completed on Monday, July 6. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
As a result of Neopost USA's acquisition, both companies will join forces to create a new Addressing Solutions Competency Center in Oaks, PA. This new facility will focus on growing the Neopost, Hasler and Rena brands' addressing solutions business.
