August 7, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Griffon Corp. (NYSE: GFF) has selected Douglas J. Wetmore as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective September 1. He was most recently SVP, CFO and treasurer of International Flavors and Fragrances Inc. (NYSE: IFF), a creator and manufacturer of flavors and fragrances used in a range of consumer products.
