AnchorBank fsb (NASDAQ: ABCW) has appointed Martha M Hayes to the position of chief risk officer, effective immediately.

In this role, Hayes will deal with quality management, analysis and monitoring of AnchorBank's loan portfolios. She will report directly to new AnchorBank CEO Chris Bauer.
