CIBER, Inc., (NYSE: CBR) a global provider of information technology (IT) services, has been awarded the prime contract with the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that promises to improve overall operations and is expected to save the city millions of dollars. The City's current system, which is decades old, will be replaced by an Enterprise Resource Planning system from Lawson Software and implemented by CIBER. This project, which commenced in July 2009, is scheduled to last 27 months.
