Rabbits make fun pets. I have been raising 4-H show rabbits for four years. If you are considering raising a rabbit, I would like to share what I have learned.
Rabbits come in many sizes and colors. Your first decision is whether you want an indoor (house pet) or outdoor rabbit. The smaller rabbits work better in the house than larger rabbits. If you decide to keep your rabbit in the house, put cat litter and borax in the tray, it cuts down on the odor and mess.
If you decide to keep your rabbit outside, there are several things to think about in choosing a good location. Do not let the sunshine hit the rabbit. Rabbits will not move out of the sun. ...
