Traditional French brasseries are informal and comfortable. San Antonio's Brasserie Pavil provides the same appeal with an elegant touch. "We created a pavilion, or gathering place, for people to come together to socialize and share food and wine," says Michael Bazar, vice president of operations for the restaurant's owner, Watermark Hotel Company Inc.
