This month's column will focus on short snits, tidbits and nit-picks about things seen on local television during the past several weeks.
* It sure was odd to see KMOX radio's Charles Jaco on KDNL (Channel 30) reporting on tape from Cuba just after 10 p.m. on Jan. 21, then switching to KMOV (Channel 4) to see him filing a report live from Cuba and then flipping to KSDK (Channel 5) to see Jaco again. I can't recall seeing one reporter from St. Louis actually filing reports for three competing local stations, much less having the reports air at the same time.
* Does anyone really care that KSDK (Channel 5) meteorologist Scott Connell likes to eat other ...
