PHILADELPHIA, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) announced today the $72 million acquisition of an 815,389 square foot, 12 building, suburban office portfolio in Lithicum (suburban Baltimore), Maryland. The transaction establishes Corporate Office Properties' presence in the Baltimore/Washington corridor, the Company's fourth U.S. market.
