NEW YORK, Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Arcadian Networks, in partnership with a combination of investor owned and cooperative utilities in five states, has been included in multiple Department of Energy Smart Grid Investment Grant (SGIG) applications with a total value of $150 million dollars. If approved, the grants would strengthen the role of private spectrum wireless networks in the nation's smart grid communications infrastructure.
