DALLAS, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot American Hospitality, Inc. whose shares are paired with those of Wyndham International, Inc. (NYSE: PAH), and Interstate Hotels Company (NYSE: IHC), announced today that they have reached an agreement in principle with Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE: MAR) to settle actions brought by Marriott to enjoin Interstate's merger with and into Patriot. The parties have requested that the United States District Court for the District of Maryland delay the start of trial on the litigation, scheduled to begin today, for a period of one week to allow the parties to complete and sign a definitive settlement agreement and related ...
