Aug 10, 2009 (The Sydney Morning Herald - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Australian Securities & Investments Commission has taken possession of documents thought to be related to an insider trading investigation. The regulator ordered advisory firm, Caliburn Partnership, to produce documents. It is thought that Deutsche Bank, KPMG and a law firm have also been asked to co-operate. The investigation is thought to be targeting trading by individuals.
