SUNNYVALE, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Envirotest Systems Corp. (Amex: ENR) today announced that the State of Tennessee and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Tennessee) have exercised their options to extend Envirotest's Motor Vehicle Inspection/Maintenance (I/M) Programs for 2.5 years (30 months) beyond their previous expiration dates of December 31, 1998.
